Job summary

BuyWander seeks a Pricing & Inventory Analyst in Portland, OR to own the pricing pipeline end to end. You’ll validate supplier manifests, confirm listings, and forecast revenue per truckload, flagging mispriced loads before they impact margins.

You’ll build automated checks and dashboards using Metabase and AI tooling, and partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to improve data quality and pricing accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python for data validation and automation.
• Experience reconciling large third‑party datasets.
• Experience with product or pricing data at scale; familiarity with Amazon catalog data helpful.
• Ability to build forecasting models and explain variance to non-technical operators.

Responsibilities

• Validate inbound manifest data with automated checks on item counts, UPC/ASIN, price reasonableness.
• Audit listed pricing against reference prices daily across 10,000+ listings.
• Build variance dashboards and alerts to surface pricing anomalies and recovery-rate outliers.
• Forecast load-level revenue per truckload and track forecast accuracy as loads sell.
• Partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to address data and pricing issues.
