Job summary

BuyWander is seeking a Pricing & Inventory Analyst to own the pricing pipeline end-to-end, validating manifests, forecasting revenue, and flagging mispriced loads. You will build dashboards and leverage AI tools to ensure data quality at scale.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to improve margins, inventory control, and pricing integrity across thousands of nightly listings.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python for data validation and automation.
• Experience validating large third‑party datasets and reconciling pricing data.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce pricing data and catalog references is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate inbound manifest data with automated checks for item counts and UPC/ASIN matching.
• Audit listed pricing against retailer reference prices daily across 10,000+ listings.
• Build dashboards and alerts to surface pricing anomalies and recovery-rate outliers.
• Forecast load-level revenue and track forecast accuracy as loads sell.
• Partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues.
