AI Fire is seeking a high-impact Pricing Analyst to drive profitability and strategic consistency across 53+ districts. You will convert market data into actionable rate structures that support our national growth, acting as a data-driven owner within a fast-moving organization.

You will collaborate with General Managers and sales teams, optimize base pricing, configure pricing in NetSuite, and build real-time dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to monitor price realization and leakage.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar pricing systems.
• Ability to influence field leaders and translate data into operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic rate optimization balancing local pricing with margins.
• Partner with GMs and sales to set base pricing considering labor costs.
• Lead ERP pricing configuration in NetSuite.
• Build pricing dashboards for leadership with real-time insights.
• Document quoting best practices and pricing SOPs.
