Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Power Platform & AI Engineer to support the development, administration, and adoption of Microsoft Power Platform and AI-powered automation solutions within Moderna's Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). This role combines platform administration, governance, hands-on development, and enterprise enablement to scale secure, AI-driven automation across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years as Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Experience designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Administer Power Platform across development, validation, and production environments.
Support governance framework, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and access controls.
Design, develop, and deliver AI-first automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Lead platform adoption, training, and governance with a federated development model.
