Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Digital Automation Impact Team – Lead to rapidly design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation across the organization. You will identify high-impact opportunities, build proofs of concept, and deliver production-ready solutions using AI, automation, and modern software practices.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to translate challenges into practical AI solutions and scale pilots into enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software/automation engineering or solution development.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-powered automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with modern development tools (VS Code) and AI-assisted development.
• Proficient with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JS/TS, C#).
• Experience delivering solutions from concept to production and integrating with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Build end-to-end solutions using platforms like Power Platform, Copilot Studio, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop POCs, MVPs, and production-ready solutions; scale successful pilots.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and measure outcomes including productivity gains.
