Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Power Platform & AI Engineer to support the development, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Power Platform and AI-powered automation within Moderna's CoE. The role blends platform admin, hands-on development, and enterprise enablement to scale secure, AI-driven automation.

You will partner with Security, Compliance, and EA to ensure enterprise standards, and drive adoption with training and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise Power Platform admin and development experience.
Deep expertise in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Automate, Copilot Studio).
Experience delivering AI-driven automation solutions.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

Administer Power Platform environments and governance.
Maintain ALM, lifecycle management, and security controls.
Design and deliver AI-driven automation using Power Apps/Automate.
Lead CoE enablement and citizen developer support.
Monitor platform health and drive continuous improvements.
