Job summary

General Motors Company is seeking a Data Analytics professional to transform structured and unstructured data into clear insights that guide technician experience and business strategy. You will build dashboards, run ad hoc analyses, and prepare reports for leadership across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with Google Suite, Databricks, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in data analyst, business analyst, or customer experience insights role.
• Proficiency in SQL and report/dashboard building in Google suite, Databricks & Power BI.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills; translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reports to visualize customer and dealer experience metrics.
• Query data using SQL and AI to support deep-dive analyses.
• Present findings in a compelling, easy-to-understand manner for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead the team in regular and ad hoc capacities, adapting to new tools and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, services, and delivery practices.
• Own analysis and delivery outcomes across cross-functional efforts.
