Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated modernization program for AI-enabled security and asset inventory. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage milestones, and drive risk-based remediation across technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, strong governance and risk skills, and familiarity with NIST RMF and ISO 42001.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CISSP or equivalent.
10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or portfolio management.
Proven track record managing complex multi-workstream programs at enterprise scale.
Strong background in risk, compliance, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

Create a complete inventory of technology assets across portfolios.
Classify assets by criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, and resilience.
Identify and prioritize high-value assets and assets with elevated risk.
Define AI-enabled assessment and remediation processes for proactive monitoring.
Establish governance across technology, cybersecurity, architecture, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
Coordinate across cross-functional squads and manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio, cyber/risk, architecture, and tooling workstreams.
Report program status and decisions to leadership; triage vulnerabilities with Product teams.
Design and implement an AI risk governance framework aligned to NIST RMF and ISO 42001.
Facilitate daily standups, weekly forums, and Steering Committee reporting.
