Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for a modernization program focused on AI-enabled risk management and asset inventory across the enterprise. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Certifications in PMP, SAFe, CISSP or equivalent
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio management
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or risk-based remediation prioritization
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience integrating AI/ML-enabled tooling into security or IT operations workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences

Responsabilidades

• Create a complete inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, resilience, modernization
• Identify and prioritize high-value assets and assets with elevated risk
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process for proactive monitoring and faster decisions
• Establish governance across technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and finance stakeholders
• Assess options for asset inventory, classification and AI-enabled tooling
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads by asset groups or risk themes
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks; drive issue resolution
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns
• Report program status to the Program Director and Operating Forum
• Own integrated program plan spanning data, cyber/risk, architecture and tooling
• Design and implement an enterprise AI risk governance framework aligned to NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001
• Facilitate daily standups, weekly Operating Forum, Steering Committee reporting
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, decisions across portfolios
• Coordinate resourcing and capacity planning across core program team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field is required or work equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CISSP, or equivalent)
