Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated plan for a modernization program across assets, cybersecurity, and risk. You will coordinate workstreams, manage milestones, and drive issue resolution with Product teams.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, strong risk and compliance experience, and proficiency with NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 standards. Leadership skills and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field is required.
• Certifications: PMP, SAFe, CISSP, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in technical program management within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or application portfolio management.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in risk and compliance, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, or risk-based remediation prioritization.
• Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging AI regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a complete and trusted inventory of technology assets across enterprise portfolios.
• Classify assets by business criticality, security exposure, compliance relevance, and modernization needs.
• Identify and prioritize high-value assets and assets with elevated risk.
• Define an AI-enabled assessment and remediation process for proactive monitoring and faster decisions.
• Establish governance across technology, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, risk, compliance, and finance.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads and manage milestones and risks.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture on modernization patterns and target-state guidance.
• Report program status, blockers, and decisions to leadership.
