The Engineering Lead for Portfolio Performance Reporting will lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that support portfolio performance reporting capabilities for Wealth Management.

This role partners closely with product, business, data, and engineering stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and efficient reporting solutions that enable accurate performance measurement, data transparency, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or technology delivery roles.
• Ability to lead engineering teams or major technology workstreams.
• Strong understanding of reporting platforms, data integration, and enterprise application development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design and delivery of portfolio performance reporting solutions for Wealth Management.
• Translate reporting needs into scalable technical solutions with business and product stakeholders.
• Oversee development, enhancement, and support of reporting platforms, data pipelines, and integrated applications.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of portfolio performance data and reporting outputs.
• Drive platform stability, performance optimization, and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with data, architecture, and platform teams to support end-to-end delivery.
• Promote code quality, testing, release management, and operational support.
