Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 2+ years in people leadership.
• Experience leading offshore and onshore teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy SaaS and cloud-based systems at scale.
• Strong background in SDLC management, backlog prioritization, and release execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams across onshore and offshore groups.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and cultivate a culture of innovation.
• Drive data-driven decisions to enhance engineering productivity and customer outcomes.
• Build an inclusive, service-oriented engineering culture focused on innovation and agility.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, and IT leaders to align technical execution with business goals.
• Manage team priorities, resources, and schedules, reporting progress to executives.
• Contribute hands-on technical leadership in architecture, coding standards, and release processes.
• PromoteDevOps, CI/CD and modern development methodologies.
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, and DevOps for high-quality releases.
