You’ll mentor engineers, drive secure coding practices, and coordinate with Product, Analytics, and IT to meet business outcomes. Dallas, TX onsite; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of software engineering, with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Experience leading offshore and onshore teams in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Proven SDLC management, backlog prioritization, and release execution.
• Hands-on guidance in design, coding, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams, including onshore and offshore groups.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and innovation.
• Own architecture decisions and coding standards to improve quality.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, and IT to align tech with business goals.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD and agile practices for reliable releases.
