Job summary

RZR, an AI-native advertising platform, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to connect Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Reporting to the CMO, you will translate the product into market-ready narratives and drive go-to-market plans across retargeting, UA, and CTV.

You will own competitive intelligence, positioning, sales enablement, and GTM execution, build retroactive PRDs and competitive analyses, and lead cross-functional alignment to ensure successful launches and ongoing market

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write PRDs and build competitive analyses.
• Experience creating GTM plans for technical products.
• Ability to develop battle cards and sales enablement tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning for each product line across sales and marketing.
• Collaborate on messaging grounded in roadmap reality.
• Build and lead GTM plans with exec leadership.
• Own post-launch reporting and refine narratives.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and battlefield cards.
• Provide sales enablement materials: one-pagers, decks, briefs.
• Train sales on product narrative and positioning.
• Document PRDs and competitive analyses for existing products.
