Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• 5+ years leading managers and geographically distributed engineering teams in a large-scale enterprise.
• Proven cloud-native platforms on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP with containerized workloads.
• Experience scaling CI/CD, IaC, DevSecOps, observability, and reliability across product teams.
• Experience with mission-critical SaaS platforms in regulated environments.
• Strong track record driving platform engineering, automation, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, Security, Quality, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations strategy.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with engineering standards and metrics.
• Drive automation and self-service platforms to improve productivity.
• Develop and evolve developer platforms for better delivery outcomes.
• Standardize CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code across teams.
• Enable self-service infrastructure and automation to accelerate development.
• Lead cloud strategy across AWS/Azure/GCP and ensure scalable, secure infra.
• Oversee container platforms, DR, and business continuity capabilities.
• Drive SRE practices, reliability, observability, incident management, and SLAs/SLOs.
• Embed DevSecOps and automate compliance and governance controls.
