Qualifications

• Hands-on photolithography/metrology/overlay experience.
• Strong analytical skills including statistics and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain overlay control strategies for advanced DRAM technology nodes.
• Develop alignment and overlay roadmaps to meet target specifications.
• Evaluate and deploy new overlay methodologies using AI, feedforward, and scanner modeling.
• Collaborate with process engineers, automation teams, and vendors to translate developments into high-volume manufacturing.
