Job summary

Empower Pharmacy in Houston seeks an Order Processing & Fulfillment Technician to optimize pharmaceutical operations using AI, ensuring accurate orders and compliant handling in a regulated environment. You will enter, verify, pick, dispense, pack, and track orders, collaborating with QA and supply chain to improve speed, accuracy, and traceability through AI-driven workflows.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in pharmacy operations, a high school diploma, and familiarity with cGMP/FDA

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong organizational and communication skills in a regulated setting.
Understanding of cGMP, GDP, and FDA regulations as they apply to pharmaceutical operations.
Ability to leverage AI for inventory management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Order fulfillment: enter, review, and process orders accurately and in compliance.
Dispense and fill pharmaceutical products per procedures and standards.
Perform verification steps for product, quantity, lot, expiry, labeling, and order details.
Pack orders and ensure proper shipping with temperature controls and traceability.
Monitor inventory using AI tools and collaborate with supply chain to prevent shortages.
