The role collaborates with pharmacists, quality, and operations to resolve discrepancies, standardize workflows, and support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of data entry, pharmacy operations, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription data accurately into pharmacy systems using manual processes and AI tools to enhance speed and precision.
• Review, verify, and validate prescription information against source documents, leveraging automation to identify discrepancies.
• Continuously improve data entry workflows by identifying inefficiencies and applying AI-driven insights.
