You will leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate intake, validation, and system entry while collaborating with pharmacists, quality, and operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain audit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of data entry, pharmacy operations, or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments with exposure to compliance and quality standards.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or automation technologies in operational workflows is a plus.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Entry: Enter complex prescription data into pharmacy systems using manual processes and AI tools to enhance speed and precision, while ensuring regulatory compliance in a high-volume setting.
• Data Validation: Review, verify, and validate prescription information against source documents, using AI to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Workflow Optimization: Improve data entry workflows by applying AI-driven insights and standardized processes to increase throughput and scalability.
