Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a People Business Partner to support our PLGTM organization. You will partner with managers to navigate performance, development, and employee experience as we scale.

You will provide practical guidance, support key people processes, and ensure concerns are handled with care in a fast-growing environment. You will lead our AI transformation by leveraging and building AI tools to move faster and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a People Business Partner or HRBP role.
• Experience supporting teams in fast‑growth environments.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• High judgment and discretion with sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to managers across PLGTM.
• Guide performance cycles: goals, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Support talent reviews, internal mobility, and transitions.
• Triage and resolve employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and conflict resolution.
• Track employee cases and identify process improvements.
• Champion AI-first workflows and build AI agents to automate repetitive work.
