Job summary

Later in Boston seeks an experienced People Business Partner to advise leaders, translate strategy into people plans, and coach managers for high performance. You’ll partner across Finance, Talent Acquisition and Legal to implement equitable, measurable programs while leveraging AI-driven workflows to reduce manual prep.

A hybrid in-office model applies with three days on site. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in People/HR roles, strong data skills, and comfort with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in People or HR roles.
• Proven ability to coach managers and support teams through organizational change.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with HR programs: performance cycles, engagement surveys, compensation planning.
• Experience using generative AI tools in HR workflows.
• Experience with distributed teams across time zones is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
• Translate business strategy into people implications and plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning.
• Coach managers and drive onboarding improvements.
• Drive inclusive change management and hybrid remote support.
• Deliver insights using data from HR systems.
