Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a People Operations Program Manager to identify workflow breakdowns, design smarter processes, and drive strategic programs shaping the employee experience. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, including AI-enabled improvements and a tiered support model, coordinating with People Partners, Recruiting, Engineering, and Finance.

You’ll turn engagement data into action, map opportunities for automation, and build scalable playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistent operations as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People operations, HR consulting, program management, or closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or similar platforms as a strategic tool.
• Led an AI or automation implementation in a People/ops context and measured impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify where processes break down and design smarter workflows.
• Build and lead end-to-end company-wide People programs.
• Redesign processes with AI-enabled improvements and scalable solutions.
• Lead tiered People support models and map automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Recruiting, Engineering, and Finance to align programs with business needs.
• Create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, trackers, and knowledge bases.
