Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of physical design experience for Senior Principal Engineer level.
• Deep expertise in PD implementation and signoff across nodes.
• Experience deploying methodology across multiple tapeouts.
• Hands-on with PD tools and AI/ML-driven optimization.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Tcl) to build infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PD implementation and signoff methodology across product portfolio.
• Define and improve PD flows, standards, and quality gates.
• Lead AI/ML-driven productivity improvements in timing, power, and EMIR.
• Architect scalable flows for concurrent designs with rapid closure.
• Mentor CAD engineers and participate in tapeout readiness reviews.
