Job summary

Bombora, the true B2B data pioneer, seeks a Partner Success Manager to manage publisher partner relationships and drive strategic initiatives through data storytelling. You will be on the front lines, collaborating across sales, marketing and research to identify new revenue streams and expand partner engagement using AI-enabled workflows.

You will facilitate rapid adoption, onboard new partners, provide product training, and analyze audience data to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

5+ years in media and advertising.
5+ years in client-facing roles (business development, account management or customer success).
Demonstrated AI fluency and willingness to experiment with emerging AI capabilities.
Experience with SaaS or Ad Tech companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own relationship with publisher partners from named account list, coordinating across sales, media planning, marketing and research.
Drive rapid adoption of Bombora resources and achieve primary use case adoption within 90 days to 6 months.
Tell data stories and innovate publisher capabilities for advertising, content marketing and yield optimization.
Serve as primary support resource: onboarding, training, consultation, audience data analysis, data integration and 3rd party platforms.
