Job summary

Nimble is seeking an Outbound AI Engineer to join the Enterprise pod and help create pipeline and ARR using AI, automation, and targeted research. You’ll support Enterprise AEs with research, assets, and workflows across multiple channels to accelerate opportunities.

You’ll design agent-based research, personalized outreach, and repeatable processes, connecting AI tools to GTM workflows for faster, smarter execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound sales and researching target accounts.
• Ability to design AI-assisted workflows for GTM activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for multi-threaded outreach.

Responsibilities

• Support a pod of Enterprise AEs with research and assets.
• Build AI-executed outbound campaigns across channels.
• Book qualified meetings with target accounts.
• Improve account research, personalization, messaging, sequencing, and follow-up.
• Create repeatable research workflows and lightweight tools.
• Help prioritize accounts and accelerate execution.
• Collaborate with AEs to move opportunities toward pipeline and ARR.
• Stay focused on assigned accounts and GTM priorities.
