Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical execution teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI tool usage (Google Gemini, ChatGPT) to draft requirements, automate test case generation, and optimize workflows. Prior experience with Oracle CPQ and ERP is preferred, with a telecommunications backdrop valued.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• 1–3 years of strong Business Analyst experience gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and generating test scripts.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP ecosystems is preferred.
• Telecommunications domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements for Oracle CPQ and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams to define product scope.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, process modeling, and test script generation.
• Ensure configurations in Oracle CPQ are accurate, testable, and compliant with standards.
• Align development and testing with Agile ERP/CRM implementations.
