The role combines program management with advanced analytics, leveraging AI, SQL, and BI tools to inform strategy, drive efficiency, and deliver executive-ready findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for analytics and process engineering globally.
• Own strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for dashboards and reporting.
• Lead standardization of metrics and scalable frameworks for quality of hire.
• Analyze large multi-source datasets to inform workforce planning and attrition signals.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate insights and automate workflows.
• Manage cross-geo stakeholders and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
