Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to enable Google.org team to meet contracting and funding goals.
• Collaborate with external partners to set objectives, implement process improvements, and monitor performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, partnerships, and finance to align goals and drive improvements.
• Serve as a domain expert on legal policies, workflows, and tools for stakeholders navigating processes.
• Drive change management with transition plans, risk analyses, and training.
