Google.org is seeking an Operational Process Manager for contracting and funding to join its central Services team. We are on a journey to automate Google.org’s operational processes and need a strategic owner to drive execution and land the next wave of cross-functional solutions.

The role partners with stakeholders across legal, compliance, partnerships, and finance to implement improvements and ensure efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to enable Google.org to meet contracting and funding goals.
• Collaborate globally with vendor operations and donor-advised funds to set objectives and monitor performance.
• Partner with legal, compliance, partnerships, and finance to align goals and drive process improvements.
• Serve as a domain expert on legal policies, workflows, and tools to help stakeholders navigate operational processes.
• Drive change management by developing transition plans and providing process training.
