Collaborate with external partners, including vendor operations and Donor-Advised Funds, to set objectives, implement process improvements, and hold vendor teams accountable through metrics and business reviews.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships to align goals, drive process improvements, and serve as a domain expert on financial policies.
Drive change management by developing transition plans, performing implementation risk analyses, providing process training, and creating communication plans.
