Google.org is seeking an Operational process manager for contracting of all types within the Services team. The role focuses on automating Google.org’s operational processes and landing cross-functional solutions.

The owner will drive execution, collaborate with legal, compliance, partnerships, and finance to align objectives, and oversee global contracting and funding activities that deliver billions in support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to enable global Google.org contracting and funding goals.
• Collaborate with external partners to set objectives and monitor performance.
• Partner with legal, compliance, partnerships, and finance to align goals and drive improvements.
• Serve as a domain expert on policies, workflows, and tools for stakeholders.
• Drive change management with transition plans and training.
