Job summary

Tideline RCM is building an AI-native ops platform for healthcare revenue cycle management. We are hiring a Product Operations Lead to shape how we actually run during launch, staying close to the work and turning frontline experience into scalable processes and metrics.

You'll work directly with the co-founder and Head of Product, partner across product, engineering, and operations, and push the operating model from 0 to 1 toward a mature, data-driven operating system.

Qualifications

• Experience owning processes, tooling, or operating models linked to product or engineering work.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to separate needs from workarounds.
• Comfort with data, dashboards, logs, and operational metrics.
• Proven ability to write SOPs, runbooks, and workflows used by teams.
• Ability to move between details and the big picture in a product context.

Responsibilities

• Build the operating procedures for the operations team and define guardrail metrics.
• Work hands-on in launch to understand workflows and failure modes firsthand.
• Identify product and automation opportunities from recurring issues.
• Ensure the operating model scales and informs product priorities.
