Qualifications

• Advanced experience using Claude for problem-solving and automation.
• Deep fluency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
• Ability to document workflows into actionable SOPs and maintain operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Audit workflows in Google Workspace and optimize admin tasks.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, timekeeping, invoicing processes, and AI integration with Claude.
• Create and maintain SOPs across the organization.
