Job summary

Asseti is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive the day-to-day order lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, and surface issues early. You’ll work across data processing and platform engineering, coordinating drone pilots and contractors while embedding AI-driven improvements into standard operating procedures.

You will pride yourself on moving fast, maintaining accuracy, and communicating clearly with customers and partners, aiming for reliable delivery at scale.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years in operations, field service coordination, or a similar execution-intensive role.
  • A strong bias to action. You move work forward without being prompted and close loops reliably.
  • Practical proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor. You use them to move faster, not to generate output for its own sake.
  • An organized, detail-oriented approach. You keep track of many moving parts without letting things fall through the cracks.
  • Clear, direct communication: you surface problems early, your written outputs are concise and actionable, and you're comfortable coordinating with clients and contractors.
  • Comfort working alongside technical or data teams and supporting a clean handoff.
  • Ability to help manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed delivery portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full order lifecycle from submission through to processed delivery, including creation, tracking, QA, and handoff to the data processing team, with a 24-hour order creation SLA as the baseline.
  • Monitor order queues and delivery pipelines proactively. Surface and resolve blockers before they become visible to others, and elevate the ones that need the Delivery Lead.
  • Run the QA process for survey data entering the processing pipeline. Follow and improve practical, repeatable steps that work today rather than waiting for a fully automated system.
  • Work closely with the processing and engineering team to understand what clean data looks like, where common failures occur, and what upstream steps prevent downstream rework.
  • Coordinate external drone pilots and ground-inspection contractors: confirm schedules, resolve boundary errors and access issues, and ensure jobs are collected correctly the first time.
  • Help manage the contractor network against defined scopes, rates, and performance expectations, and hold vendors accountable to them.
  • Keep Customer Success and account managers supplied with a current, accurate picture of delivery status. Communicate proactively when accounts are at risk, before issues surface to the client.
  • Use AI tools including Claude and Cursor to prototype process fixes, draft SOPs, analyze operational data, and build lightweight automations that eliminate manual work across the delivery pipeline.
  • Look for the next thing to systematize, so each improvement compounds on the last rather than solving today's problem in isolation.
  • Track key operational metrics including order cycle time, QA pass rates, collection SLA compliance, and cost per site, in partnership with the BizOps team.
  • Provide clear, concise outputs from any process or analytical work.

Job description

About the company

Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world's largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimize portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions.

We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth, combining real-time condition insights with the operational context needed to prioritize work, manage risk, and drive efficient action across large property networks.

Asseti automates condition detection, triage, repair prioritization, and cost forecasting at scale. We streamline asset operations by enabling teams to identify issues, understand impact, coordinate responses, and measure improvement, all within one unified platform.

We're building the intelligence and operational backbone that helps leading organizations run their assets with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Role overview

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep the day-to-day process running that gets data ordered, captured, and delivered to enterprise customers. You'll sit within our delivery function, reporting to the Operations Manager, and work in close partnership with our data processing and platform engineering team. Your core job is to keep orders moving through the pipeline accurately and on time, and to flag issues early so they get resolved before they reach the customer.

This is an execution-first role. You don't wait to be told what needs doing. When something is off track, you surface it quickly with the context needed to resolve it. When a process step is unclear or breaking, you flag it and help put a practical fix in place. Getting the work done accurately and on time is what matters most.

You'll use AI as a core part of how you operate. Not as a novelty, but as a practical way to close gaps, draft SOPs, and speed up repetitive work in the pipeline. The right person reaches for AI as naturally as a spreadsheet and gets sharper at it over time.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full order lifecycle from submission through to processed delivery, including creation, tracking, QA, and handoff to the data processing team, with a 24-hour order creation SLA as the baseline
  • Monitor order queues and delivery pipelines proactively. Surface and resolve blockers before they become visible to others, and elevate the ones that need the Delivery Lead
  • Run the QA process for survey data entering the processing pipeline. Follow and improve practical, repeatable steps that work today rather than waiting for a fully automated system
  • Work closely with the processing and engineering team to understand what clean data looks like, where common failures occur, and what upstream steps prevent downstream rework
  • Coordinate external drone pilots and ground-inspection contractors: confirm schedules, resolve boundary errors and access issues, and ensure jobs are collected correctly the first time
  • Help manage the contractor network against defined scopes, rates, and performance expectations, and hold vendors accountable to them
  • Keep Customer Success and account managers supplied with a current, accurate picture of delivery status. Communicate proactively when accounts are at risk, before issues surface to the client
  • Use AI tools including Claude and Cursor to prototype process fixes, draft SOPs, analyze operational data, and build lightweight automations that eliminate manual work across the delivery pipeline
  • Look for the next thing to systematize, so each improvement compounds on the last rather than solving today's problem in isolation
  • Track key operational metrics including order cycle time, QA pass rates, collection SLA compliance, and cost per site, in partnership with the BizOps team
  • Provide clear, concise outputs from any process or analytical work
What you will bring
  • 1 to 3 years in operations, field service coordination, or a similar execution-intensive role
  • A strong bias to action. You move work forward without being prompted and close loops reliably
  • Practical proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor. You use them to move faster, not to generate output for its own sake
  • An organized, detail-oriented approach. You keep track of many moving parts without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Clear, direct communication: you surface problems early, your written outputs are concise and actionable, and you're comfortable coordinating with clients and contractors
  • Comfort working alongside technical or data teams and supporting a clean handoff
  • Ability to help manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed delivery portfolio
Bonus points for:
  • Exposure to drone operations or geospatial data capture
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or similar asset-heavy verticals
  • Experience with field service management platforms, order management systems, or spatial data tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.
  • Contractor or vendor coordination experience in a field-based or distributed context
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage SaaS business

This is a role where you'll help build how Asseti runs. You'll get hands-on ownership of the coordination work that powers the delivery function, high autonomy, direct access to the team, and the chance to grow into broader operational responsibility using a modern, AI-native toolkit. Competitive compensation and a path to grow as the company scale
