You will shape architecture, standards, and governance for secure, scalable AI-enabled platforms that unify apps, data, analytics, and workflows for coffeehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/platform/enterprise architecture or related fields.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong cloud-native, API-first mindset with governance focus.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
• Experience with generative AI, conversational interfaces, or intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategy and multi-agent architecture patterns.
• Lead platform strategy for AI-enabled business experiences.
• Create scalable, governed experiences with secure integration.
• Mentor engineers and drive architecture reviews and standards.
• Partner with product, security, UX, and data teams to deliver value.
