The role blends direct patient care with tech integration, hands‑on training, live demos, and shadowed assessments across partner facilities in the Dallas area. English required; TX license.

Qualifications

• TX NP license and ANCC certification or equivalent.
• Eligible for Medicare participation; billing on behalf of Circadia Health.
• 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations; independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: initial and follow-up assessments; plan of care; consent; coordination with providers.
• Tech → bedside integration: train staff and standardize Circadia in workflows.
• Data into action: interpret trends, prioritize high‑risk patients, drive timely interventions.
• Close the loop: complete notes within 24 hours.
• High‑volume rounding: 30+ visits per day across designated facilities.
• Quality & product feedback: surface insights to improve workflows.
• Mentor & collaborate: support NP onboarding and partner with clinical ops/product.
