Job summary

Cantor International Services Limited is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to deliver 1st–3rd line support, monitor a highly available global financial network, and drive automation and AI‑driven problem solving across data center and enterprise environments.

The role includes incident response, RCA leadership, mentoring, on‑call duty, and participation in design and implementation projects, with 08:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00 GMT shift coverage.

Qualifications

  • CCNP Routing & Switching and JNCIA-Junos certifications required.
  • Wireless certification CWNA or equivalent required.
  • Strong routing protocol experience and firewall/load balancer knowledge.
  • Scripting/automation experience in Python or Ansible required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑ to third‑line network support and incident resolution.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis for outages and implement fixes.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
  • Execute network projects including installations and platform refreshes.
  • Develop network automation scripts and AI‑based tooling.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and design diagrams.
  • Manage monitoring and change management processes.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and weekend shifts.
  • Perform data‑center visits, audits, and power maintenance support.
