Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Multifamily Conversion Analyst in Creve Coeur, MO to transform client data for import into C&W databases. You will apply standardized conversion methods, QC, and AI-enabled tools, while ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in multifamily data conversion, strong Excel (formulas, Pivot, Power Query), and experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or MRI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily data conversion, data migration, onboarding, implementation, or property management operations.
• Experience with multifamily property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or MRI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query; comfortable with CSV, XML, and other structured data files.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Transitions & Quality Control team to ensure timely receipt of required reporting.
• Examine, evaluate, and prepare critical property, applicant, and resident data for conversion.
• Analyze, standardize, and cleanse data extracts from Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, and other platforms for import into C&W systems.
• Execute data mapping, transformation, and validation steps per the standardized methodology.
• Apply AI-enabled tools, automation, and reusable templates to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and correct data issues during the import process.
• Manage multiple conversions and communicate status with internal stakeholders.
