Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily acquisitions, asset management, revenue management, or operations.
• Deep knowledge of how properties market and lease units (occupancy, concessions, unit mix).
• Hands-on analytics tooling experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Experience using data to answer hard questions and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Improve logic and systems turning raw multifamily data into customer metrics.
• Benchmark outputs against operator data; diagnose misses and design fixes.
• Prototype analytics and data logic with AI tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy and monitor in production.
• Apply multifamily judgment to identify data artifacts and operator behaviors.
