Cushman & Wakefield in Tysons, VA is seeking a Capital Markets Financial Analyst to support multifamily transactions. You will perform financial analysis, build and audit Excel models, and synthesize market data into clear summaries under MAG leadership.

On-site work is required with occasional after-hours support to meet deadlines. The role offers growth in cash-flow modeling and market analysis, interacting with senior staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Real Estate preferred.
• 0–2 years of financial analysis and Excel modeling experience.
• Experience with discounted cash flow modeling in Excel is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Client-service oriented with ability to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce, CoStar and Axiometrics market data is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Multifamily Broker team financial analysis and valuation modeling requests, including scenario analyses.
• Prepare pro forma statements, DCF analyses, and Excel-based financial models.
• Audit existing financial models for inputs and assumptions.
• Research market data, demographics, and property comparables; summarize findings.
• Develop high-level analysis summaries highlighting trends, strengths, and risks.
• Assist with Offering Memorandums, Value Opinions, and RFPs.
• Prepare client-ready summary documents and spreadsheets for presentations.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and respond to clarifying questions.
• May assist with market research for prospective transactions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data collection and modeling.
