Job summary

Indegene is seeking an Engagement Lead who will anchor discussions, drive thought leadership, and lead strategic engagements across the end-to-end MLR lifecycle with a focus on technology-led transformation and AI-driven review automation. This role sits at the intersection of MLR domain expertise, AI and technology understanding, and client engagement, consulting leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in MLR, regulatory review workflows, agency, or pharma content lifecycle.
• Exposure to global/local MLR models, promotional review processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions and workshops.
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI/GenAI, RAG-based systems, and automation.
• Ability to engage with engineering teams on solution architecture and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions, workshops, and conferences focused on MLR transformation and AI adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor to pharma stakeholders across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial functions.
• Drive executive conversations on automation, modular content, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Define end-to-end MLR transformation roadmaps and conduct current-state assessments.
• Lead solution demos, pilot programs, and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Support GTM activities with proposals, pitches, and thought leadership content.
