Leidos is seeking motivated Senior AI Engineers to drive high-impact mission opportunities by applying AI/ML to complex datasets and analytic challenges. You will collaborate with mission stakeholders to translate operational needs into secure, scalable AI capabilities spanning LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 8+ years of relevant AI/ML experience.
Experience throughout the AI lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment and sustainment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into AI/ML solutions.
Design and develop AI/ML applications using Python and modern frameworks.
Develop LLM applications with prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval techniques.
Build end-to-end AI capabilities: data pipelines, evaluation, deployment, and sustenance.
