Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a key digital product. You will bridge business, tech, and users in an agile, sprint-based model to translate goals into epics, stories, and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes AI/automation opportunities, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, IT, Business, Engineering).
• Experience delivering scalable digital products and defining requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with software developers, designers, data analysts and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for consensus building.
• Proficiency in product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with user research and product discovery (rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing).
• Experience leveraging AI in product development or daily workflows is a plus.
• Mortgage industry knowledge (origination/servicing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a digital product.
• Partner with business leaders to align priorities with objectives and outcomes.
• Work with IT, design, data, and operations to deliver enhancements in sprints.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready requirements.
• Prioritize work based on value, impact, feasibility, compliance, and capacity.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and reviews.
• Monitor product metrics, user feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary product voice between business partners and delivery teams.
