Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant to translate AI and marketing tech into compelling client narratives and go-to-market assets. You will lead propositions, draft proposals, and shape strategy for live engagements with CMOs and digital leaders.

You’ll work across creative, media, and technical delivery streams in a hybrid role based near Boston, NYC, or Philadelphia, with periodic on-site work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or consultancy within a digital/creative context.
• Ability to turn a rough brief into a clear client-ready narrative and deck.
• Hands-on about pre-sales: contributing to proposals and pitches, not just directing them.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and package propositions translating AI and marketing tech into compelling stories and go-to-market assets.
• Own the narrative and first draft of proposals, pitches, and marketing materials with design and engineering partners.
• Lead strategic direction on active client engagements, aligning solutions with business goals and measurable impact.
• Drive integrated strategies across creative, media, and technical delivery streams for cohesive client solutions.
• Lead executive-level presentations and strategy workshops with clarity and authority.
• Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and support business development efforts.
