EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant for Empathy Lab, EPAM's AI-native creative agency. The role blends shaping new client propositions with leading strategy on live engagements, partnering with creative and engineering teams to deliver compelling storytelling and market-ready assets.

The position is hybrid, based near NYC, Boston, or Philadelphia, with periodic on-site work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, or consultancy within a digital or creative context.
• Clear communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on approach to pre-sales: comfortable building proposals and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Define and package propositions that translate AI and marketing tech into compelling storytelling and GTM assets.
• Own the narrative and first draft of proposals, pitches, and marketing materials.
• Lead strategy on active client engagements to align solutions with business goals and deliver impact.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CMOs and digital leaders) as trusted advisor.
• Drive integrated strategies across creative, media, and technical delivery streams.
• Use real-world implementation insights to refine propositions, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead and facilitate executive-level presentations and strategy workshops with clarity and authority.
• Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and support business development.
