The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with analytics platforms, campaign reporting, SEO tools, and AI-driven search optimization, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve ROI. Healthcare or regulated industry familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Piwik, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
• Familiarity with Yext or similar location and reputation management platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and digital reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance, campaign metrics, and digital marketing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor SEO performance and recommend strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Support AEO/GEO initiatives by optimizing content for AI-powered search experiences.
• Track campaign performance using UTM parameters and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Manage reporting workflows and ensure accuracy of marketing performance data.
