Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Technology, Finance, or Marketing Analytics).
• 0–3 years of experience in an analytical role (marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
• Ability to tell a story with data and explain complex metrics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & optimization: monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing metrics across paid, organic search, social, and email.
• Reporting & dashboards: design, build, and maintain standardized reports and automated dashboards tracking CAC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Data-backed insights: perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and underperforming campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations.
• MarTech management: help maintain data hygiene and tracking between ad platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools.
• AI integration: experiment with generative AI tools to streamline data analysis and automate reporting tasks.
