Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enable a major AI-powered product transformation in Marketing Operations. You will bridge business needs with technology, crafting precise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for sprint-by-sprint delivery.

The role emphasizes ambiguity navigation, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to defining new processes and workflows in a cutting-edge tool landscape.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role in financial services or complex environments.
• Experience in marketing operations or marketing campaign management with MarTech tools.
• Experience with workflow tool implementations or digital product builds.
• Proven track record writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience contributing to AI-powered or conversational tool projects is a plus.
• Experience defining problems and requirements where the product did not yet exist.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of requirement packages to Technology, ensuring clarity and traceability.
• Draft technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for workstreams.
• Translate business needs into developer-ready specifications and edge-case scenarios.
• Proactively surface gaps and assumptions with stakeholders.
• Support grooming, sprint planning, and sign-off on deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT scripts, test scenarios, and defect management.
• Assist in migration of programs to the new tool platform and create training materials.
• Engage with Marketing Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Finance to align scope.
