Job summary

Acxiom's Marketing Operations team seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology for a new agentic, AI-powered campaign tool in Conway, AR. You will translate marketing operations requirements into precise, developer-ready specs and own end-to-end requirement packages with stakeholders.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Finance, contribute to UAT, change management, and training, and help shape how campaigns are

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role within a complex environment
• Experience in marketing operations or marketing campaign management, with knowledge of campaign intake and execution workflows
• Experience with workflow tool implementations or digital product builds, including process digitization or automation
• Proven track record of writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements in Agile/Scrum
• Experience contributing to AI-powered, agentic, or conversational tools is highly desirable
• Experience in environments where product/process did not exist and you helped define the 'what' and 'how' from scratch

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of all requirement packages to Technology
• Draft detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate marketing needs into developer-ready specifications
• Grooming and backlog refinement participation in Agile ceremonies
• Support sprint planning and release planning with Product Owner and Scrum Master
• Draft UAT scripts and coordinate testing with business users
• Coordinate migration of workflows into the new tool platform
• Develop change management materials and training documentation
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Finance to validate requirements
