Job summary

Acxiom in Conway, Arkansas, is seeking a remote-based Business/Product Analyst to support a major marketing-ops product transformation. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for an AI-powered, agentic tool and drive agile delivery.

You will draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts while coordinating with Marketing Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Finance. This role thrives in ambiguity and pioneer projects from zero to scalable solutions.

Qualifications

6–9 years of experience in BA/Product Analyst roles in financial services or similar regulated industry.
Experience in marketing operations or campaign management with MarTech tools.
Experience with workflow tool implementations or digital product builds.
Proven ability to write high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile.
Experience contributing to AI-powered, agentic, or conversational tools.
Ability to define new products/processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end coordination of all requirement packages to Technology.
Draft technical requirements, user stories, and robust acceptance criteria.
Translate business needs into unambiguous, developer-ready specs.
Proactively surface gaps and assumptions with stakeholders.
Attend grooming, support sprint planning, and verify sprint deliverables.
Track sprint readiness and flag risks to the Product Owner.
Draft UAT scripts and coordinate usability testing with users.
Document defects and drive resolution with Technology.
Support migration of workflows to the new platform and create training materials.
Assist in coordinating training sessions for affected users.
Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Finance; maintain decisions docs.
